Terms & Conditions

Welcome to House Of Suré. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of houseofsure.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make with us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

House of Suré is an online jewellery store offering fine and fashion jewellery. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to House Of Suré.

2. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our jewellery, including metal type, gemstones, weight, and finish, as accurately as possible. Minor variations in weight, size, and stone placement may occur between the product photograph and the piece you receive.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments

We currently accept payment only through prepaid online methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) at the time of checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Your order will be confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. Orders are processed and shipped within our standard processing timelines, which may vary during sale periods or for made-to-order pieces.

5. Shipping

We ship across India through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout and in your order confirmation. Please ensure someone is available to receive high-value jewellery shipments, as most are sent via signature-required, insured delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Given the nature of our jewellery products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any order. We encourage you to review product details, sizing guides, and images carefully before placing your order. Please reach out to our support team before purchasing if you have any questions about a piece.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video at support@houseofsure.com, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Product Care

Our jewellery is crafted with care, but like all fine jewellery it should be protected from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals, and stored separately to avoid scratches. Improper care is not covered under any product guarantee.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of House Of Suré and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

House Of Suré shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bilimora, Gujarat.
