Shipping policy

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from Bilimora, Gujarat.

All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Orders placed before 1 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Gujarat and Maharashtra, and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India. Remote pin codes can take a little longer. These are the courier's estimates and not a guarantee.

A flat charge of ₹99 applies to every order.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

Our courier records proof of delivery, and where available we use OTP confirmation at the door. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number on your order are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel returns to us, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. A second dispatch is charged at actual courier cost.

Every piece is packed by hand and filmed as it is packed, which protects both of us if anything goes wrong on the way.
